Projects and Initiatives
4Next7 hosts Artists and community members to join in a day of food, vendors, and make-and-take-crafts.
4Next7 Community Art Markets provide community members the opportunity to share their craft, connect with other artists, and generate income to support their respective businesses. 4Next7 Community Art Markets function through centering reciprocity.
4Next7 leaders aspire to host a two-day "Gathering of Water Protectors" located in Tahlequah, OK. The Gathering will be open to all residents of Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas. The Gathering will be focused upon providing participants with the opportunity to share their stories of challenges facing human and non-human kin in their communities.
4Next7 understands the importance of maintaining respectful relationships with our non-human relatives – this includes the animals, plants, water, and the land itself. 4Next7 stands firmly against land practices such as deforestation, commercial exploitation, and pollution which lead to the degradation of important natural ecosystems in the Tahlequah area.
