The topic for this months discussion meeting is: Experiences in Grassroots Organizing!

How it Works:
We once again invite members of the community to join us and share their stories, perspectives, and experiences. No presenters, just time and space to share. We will use a talking circle method to guide the conversation. Each individual will have the opportunity to speak - or not speak - until they have completed their thought to their content. The individual immediately beside them receives the same opportunity, next.

Where to Go:
We will be behind the armory between Sequoyah City Park and the Skate Park. You can sit in the creek or on the bank. The rain site for the event will be Pritchett-Rhodes American Legion Post #50 on the opposite side of the creek from the armory.

What to Bring:
A lawn chair, blanket, snack, drink, or craft of your preference.

Social Stickball Tournament

Social Stickball Tournament

We are partnering with Walking In Balance ᎢᎦᏘᎭᏊ ᎾᎿᎢ ᎡᏙᎲᎢ to host a social stickball tournament!

We are aiming to start some cultural wellness community meetings in Tahlequah and surrounding rural communities such as Moody.

The tournament will also be benefiting Cole Hogner - he's having surgery and could use some community support.

At the event we'll be selling food, t-shirts designed by Ethan Wolfe, raffles, and have free cultural crafts and activities!

All are welcome, come on out!
